FOLLOW Conference is a three-day international gathering for youth and young adults.
Paul says in Ephesians 1:16-19a “I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe.” That is our prayer for every participant.
Come gather, connect, and grow! Register as a family or youth group and be part of a powerful experience designed for ages 12 and up. For more than 60 years, this conference has been changing lives, and we believe the best is still ahead.

How do I register my large group for FOLLOW?
Through our registration system. We provide a Bulk Registration Template for your large group to make group registration seamless and straightforward.

Who can attend FOLLOW 2026?
FOLLOW is open to all ages but specifically designed for the next generation: middle school, high school students, young adults, and those who lead them.
Registrants have the option of choosing from one of the following tracks: Youth/Student, Young Adult, or Leader (i.e. Lead Pastors, Lay Leaders, District and/or University Leaders, etc.)

When will my group check-in and check-out of our hotel rooms?
Your group will arrive afternoon or early evening of December 28th.
We will have the iZone open in the afternoon, and the first session will begin at 7:00 PM. More detailed check-in times and locations will be provided later.
We will have full programming for the conference on December 30th. Your group will check out the morning of December 31st.
What does quad, triple, double or single rate mean?
This indicates how many people are assigned to a given room.
What are the rates for Follow 2026?
Rates are per person:
Early Bird (Now – September 31, 2026) – $299/QUAD
Standard (October 1, 2026 – November 23, 2026) – $319/QUAD
Late Registration Rate (November 24, 2026 – December 14, 2026) – $419/QUAD

What is included in registration?
Conference admission depends on the room type and date that you register.
Housing (up until the Standard Registration Deadline) is a flat fee added onto the rate determined by when you register and what room type you select (i.e. Quad, Double, Single)
Early Bird, Standard and Late Registration include a three-night hotel stay, and 2 lunches during the event as indicated on the programming schedule.
Will any payment be accepted at the conference?
All final payments are due by December 14, 2026.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept credit cards and checks.
Is full payment required upon registration?
No. You can choose to pay in full or by putting a 25% deposit down for your entire group. Final payments are due by December 14, 2026.
Are refunds available?
No. All payments are non-refundable.
Can I add more attendees to my registration at a later date?
Yes! Log back in to your registration to make edits as needed.
What hotels are available to my group?
Hotel Options: Hilton Netherlands, Hyatt Regency, Homewood Suites, Cincinnatian Hotel, Westin, Hampton Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Town Place Suites, Courtyard by Marriott, Marriott River Center (Kentucky Side), Embassy Suites (Kentucky side)
Am I responsible to book hotels for my group?
No. To help make the registration process as simple as possible, we will do all hotel bookings for you. Do not book directly with the hotel. Once registration is complete and payment is made, we’ll secure your hotel and email you as soon as hotel accommodations are finalized.
When will I know what hotel I will be staying in?
As soon as our team secures lodging, we will send you a confirmation email.
Can I choose which hotel my group stays at?
Yes. During registration, you are given your top 3 options for hotels. We will do our best to honor your choices, but each hotel does have limited space and is first-come, first-served. Securing your hotel will depend on what is available, and choices are not guaranteed.
What if my group stays in Northern Kentucky (across the river)?
We will provide shuttle buses for all conference attendees who stay at hotels in Northern Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati. These buses will run on a 15-minute loop in the morning, before the main sessions begin; throughout the afternoon; in the evening, before the main sessions begin; and at the end of the night.
What is included in the registration rate?
Standard Conference Rate includes all programming/activities, 2 lunches at the Convention Center, and a three–night hotel stay.
Is there a difference between student and leader registration rate?
No.
Can I register to attend by myself?
We have a single rate available but recommend registering with your church group.
Will there be bus parking available downtown?
Yes, assuring you let us know how many buses you will be bringing. We will work with the city to help coordinate parking. If you do not register your bus directly with us, our team cannot guarantee bus parking.

Is there a bus or van driver rate that won't be attending the conference?
Yes. Bus or Drive rate is $329 for a three-night single hotel room (no conference admission included).
Is there a rate for Cincinnati-local churches?
Yes. This rate includes meals (2 lunches) but does not cover housing.

If I started a registration before the early bird rate ends, but wait to pay in full, can I still get the Early Bird rate?
No. Hotels and rates are assigned on the day payment is made in full.
