Our new registration system was designed to minimize the work for the group leader. By utilizing and completing the Rooming Assignment Tool ahead of registering, this will help you with the information you need as you go through the registration process. You will also need to have your group leader contact information and payment available to complete registration. Email follow@wesleyan.org for more information!

FOLLOW is open to all ages but specifically designed for the next generation: middle school, high school students, young adults, and those who lead them. 

Registrants have the option of choosing from one of the following tracks: Youth/Student, Young Adult, or Leader (i.e. Lead Pastors, Lay Leaders, District and/or University Leaders, etc.)

Your group will arrive afternoon or early evening of December 28th.  

We will have the iZone open in the afternoon, and the first session will begin at 7:00 PM. More detailed check-in times and locations will be provided later.  

We will have full programming for the conference on December 30th. Your group will check out the morning of December 31st.  

Rates are per person:

Early Bird (Now – September 30, 2026) – $299/QUAD 

Standard (October 1, 2026 – November 16, 2026) – $319/QUAD  

Late Registration Rate (November 16, 2026 – December 3, 2026) – $419/QUAD

Conference admission depends on the room type and date that you register.  

Housing (up until the Standard Registration Deadline) is a flat fee added onto the rate determined by when you register and what room type you select (i.e. Quad, Double, Single) 

Early Bird, Standard and Late Registration include a three-night hotel stay, and 2 lunches during the event as indicated on the programming schedule.

We are unable to accept payments at the conference since all final payments are due by December 3, 2026.

Payment can be made in the form of credit card or e-check. Paying by credit card is the preferred method of payment as fees are lower. All fees associated with payments will be absorbed by The Wesleyan Church.

No. You can choose to pay in full or put a 50% deposit down for your entire group. Final payments are due December 3, 2026.

When registration has been finalized, payment can be made via debit/credit card.

Early Bird & Standard Rates Plan (Now – November 16)

Payment may be made in full or setting up a payment plan.
Initial payment of 50% down required.
Remainder of the payment must be made in full by December 3, 2026.

Late Registration Plan (November 17 – December 3)

Payment must be made in full.

While we understand how disappointing it can be if an attendee is unable to attend the conference after registering, we are unable to provide refunds. All registrations are non-refundable, but transferable within your group. Once registration has been submitted, your purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, refunds will not be provided. By registering for the conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this non-refundable policy.

Yes! Log back in to your registration to make edits as needed.

No. To help make the registration process as simple as possible, we will do all hotel bookings for you. Do not book directly with the hotel. Once your registration is complete, the Follow Team will book your hotels for you. Do not book directly with the hotel. We will work hard to accommodate one of your top three choice hotels, but fulfilling requests is based upon availability. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with your hotel information.

Yes. During registration, you are given your top 3 options for hotels. We will do our best to honor your choices, but each hotel does have limited space and is first-come, first-served. Securing your hotel will depend on what is available, and choices are not guaranteed.

We will provide shuttle buses for all conference attendees who stay at hotels in Northern Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati. These buses will run on a 15-minute loop in the morning, before the main sessions begin; throughout the afternoon; in the evening, before the main sessions begin; and at the end of the night.

• Some hotels can accommodate 15 Passenger Vans that do not have a higher profile. Please contact your hotel directly once you have hotel placement to verify.

Yes. The bus driver rate is $375 for a 3-night single hotel room. This does not include conference admission or conference lunches. To register the bus driver, please contact follow@wesleyan.org.

Yes. This rate includes meals (2 lunches) but does not cover housing. 

$190/person (Early Bird), $210/person (Regular/Standard Rate)

No. In order to get the early bird rate, the deposit/payment must be made before the early bird rate ends. This is also the same for any rate change deadlines.
